The company was founded by Mr. Raman Bhai Patel in 1960 and AJ Group was established in the year 1987 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Raman Bhai Patel’s sons Mr. Paresh & Kamlesh Patel followed the footsteps and guidance of their father and took the AJ Group to the new heights.
In the year 2010, Asha Jyoti Packet Tea was launched. Since then AJ Group has become a notable manufacturer & supplier of Unmanufactured Tobacco and Pure Packet Tea.
The sourcing of tea leaves for Asha Jyoti packet tea is done from Assam and Siliguri. Asha Jyoti follows strict quality check and taste check during the entire tea manufacturing process.
